Q.	What information is needed when ordering an exchange unit?
A.	The Manufacturer's part number and the serial number (along with the aircraft type, voltage, lighting voltage, and panel tilt in some cases). It is also helpful to have the mod status.  The exchange transaction requires the return of the exact same part number and acceptable mod level and/or serial number.  Any discrepancies should be addressed in advance.
