May 27, 2020
WICHITA, Kan. — Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics today announced the company has been named the Authorized Service Center for BendixKing’s AeroCruze autopilots, including the AeroCruze 100/230 and xCruze 100/110, formerly known as TruTrak Vizion and Gemini.
The popular autopilot line, previously manufactured and supported by TruTrak Flight Systems was acquired by Honeywell BendixKing in July 2019. Through the new ownership, BendixKing continues to produce the affordable, best-in-class autopilots for customers around the globe.
“As a BendixKing Repair Partner for more than 45 years, it was a natural fit for us to add the AeroCruze and xCruze to the lineup," said David Copeland, Vice President of Sales for Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics. “Customers can purchase new autopilots or receive routine maintenance and necessary repairs from a single, trusted source.”
AeroCruze 100/230 Autopilots are designed for Cessna 172, 175, 177, 180, 182, 185 and Piper PA 28 and PA 32 series aircraft. They offer a seamless integration with the AeroVue Touch GPS/EFIS and a variety of other flight deck instruments. The xCruze 100 and 110 autopilot systems are designed for experimental aircraft. They are an affordable and reliable autopilot system that interfaces with the most commonly used experimental GPS/EFIS on the market.
