How Our Exchange Program Works

Place your exchange order through our website or contact a member of our Customer Service Team at either of our two locations.

We will ship you a fully-overhauled instrument, matching the exact part number you requested, by the carrier of your choice.

You will be billed for the overhauled instrument at the Exchange Program price.

You MUST provide us with the agreed upon, acceptable exchange instrument within 30 days of your order.
Most exchange instruments you provide to us must have the exact same part number as the fully-overhauled instrument you ordered/received. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for more information.
The exchange instrument you provide to us MUST NOT be corroded, excessively damaged or missing the data plate/serial number.
Returning an unacceptable core (or failure to return a core) will result in the core being billed at current core value (market price).
Core deposits may be required under certain circumstances.
