Warranties

We understand customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, let us know. For assistance, contact a Customer Service representative at either of our two locations.

Repair Products

Repaired products that are outside of their original manufacturer’s warranty, whether originally manufactured by Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics, True Blue Power, or another manufacturer that has authorized Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics to conduct repairs, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days, starting at the date of shipment.

Overhauled/Exchange Products

Overhauled products, whether an exchange unit or the customer’s core that has been overhauled, and whether manufactured by Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics, True Blue Power, or another manufacturer that has authorized Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics to conduct service work, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months, starting at the date of shipment.

New Manufactured Products

Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods, starting at date of shipment.

• Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics branded products: 12 months
• True Blue Power branded products: 24 months

Exceptions to the above warranty terms are noted in the table below.

After repair or replacement, items under the original warranty retain the unused portion of the original limited warranty period. Aircraft manufacturers are granted a 6-month storage grace period.
