Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics provides a limited warranty for all exchanges and overhauls for one (1) year from the date of sale. All repairs include a ninety (90) day limited warranty (unless specified differently by Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics) confined to areas, circuits, or parts replaced during the previous repair. Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics will repair or replace a unit under warranty once the unit is returned and the malfunction is verified. After repair or replacement, items under warranty retain the unused portion of the original limited warranty period.
Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics provides a limited warranty for all new manufactured Mid-Continent Instrument Co., Inc. products (including all DBAs and Divisions such as Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics, True Blue Power, Electric Gyro Corp. & General Design Corp.) for twelve (12), twenty four (24) or sixty (60) months (depending on the product) following delivery to the original retail purchaser of the product. Mid-Continent will repair or replace a unit under warranty once the unit is returned and the malfunction is verified. After repair or replacement, items under warranty retain the unused portion of the original limited warranty period.
All gyro products have a maximum six (6) months shelf life. Gyro products held in storage should be functional tested every six (6) months to ensure proper performance when installed. Failure to adhere to the six (6) month shelf life will void the remaining limited warranty period.
Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics warrants that all articles furnished by Mid-Continent will conform to applicable specifications at time of shipment and be free from defects in workmanship and in materials replaced. Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics’ obligation will be limited to replacement or repair. Except for a warranty of title and the limited warranty set forth above, no other warranties, express or implied, or other obligations or liabilities shall apply. In no event will seller be liable for any incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of revenues, or loss of use, even if informed of the possibility of such damages. Seller’s liability for damages arising out of, or relating to a product or order, is limited to the lower of catalog or contract price for the specific product that gives rise to the claim. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these limitations and exclusions will apply regardless of whether liability arises from breach of contract, warranty, tort (including but not limited to negligence), by operation or law, or otherwise.

OEM Limited Warranty
We repair units under the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty if we are an Authorized Warranty Service Center for the specific manufacturer. Otherwise, you must contact the original equipment manufacturer for warranty claims.
USB Limited Lifetime Warranty
We are pleased to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for select new manufactured True Blue Power USB charging products (manufactured on or after January 1, 2018).
We will repair or replace a unit under warranty once the unit is returned and the malfunction is verified.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to original installation and non-commercial applications (Part 121 & 125).
